Apartment

“Il Rifugio del Cavaliere” is a lovely apartment located in the heart of the historical center of Vetralla, on the second floor of an elegant 18th century noble building, which overlooks the main street of the town. The house does not have an elevator, even if it has a more than comfortable staircase.
The apartment has been recently renovated, preserving the many ancient elements (stone portals, chestnut wood paneled ceilings, one of which is frescoed) and creating very welcoming and functional rooms.
Even many pieces of furniture are antique, except for all the most modern furnishings in the kitchen space, to ensure maximum comfort for our guests.

The entrance door is armored and opens into an elegant corridor, along which a comfortable bathroom with a shower is located. At the end of the corridor, on the left, there is an open space where there is a modern kitchen and an extendable dining table that can easily accommodate four people.
The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and accessories, including a dishwasher. On the other side of the corridor is the living room, with chestnut wood paneled ceilings. In the living room there is a sofa bed and, in front, a large flat screen TV connected to the Wi-Fi system.
The living room leads to the large terrace of about 30 m² which overlooks the main street and from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surroundings and Monte Fogliano.

The bedroom is characterized by the completely frescoed ceiling and a large wardrobe with six doors. Obviously, there is also an extendable wall-mounted TV.

Finally, the apartment is equipped with an independent heating system, supplemented by two thermo-convectors both for the hot and conditioned air.
