And therefore in an absolutely strategic position not only to discover the “City of the Popes” and other fascinating towns of Tuscia, but also to reach the capital of Italy and visit its 1000 treasures.

Tuscia and its gastronomic specialties
Wichever type of holiday you chose, cultural, athletic or simply relaxing, it’s important to eat and drink tasting the typical delicacies.
Tuscia has a great number of excellent wines such as the famous “Est! Est!! Est!!!” or the Aleatico of Gradoli and also of high level types of olive oil. We remind you that Vetralla is recognized nationally as the ”city of olive oil”.
The various cheeses of the area have preserved their genuine taste like the sweet caciotta of Tuscia and the ricotta.
It is also recommended to taste classic legumes such as chickpeas from Valentiano or lentils from Onano, without forgetting the chestnuts and hazelnuts of the Monti Cimini and the honey of Monte Rufeno.
